Erica Diaz Fazio

Erica is a NY-born, Florida-based, writer, speaker, and community servant whose work focuses on people, shared experiences, and humanizing the hard stuff.

Recently, she's joined the leadership council at the "Just a Girl" Initiative. Composed of female executives, experts and top players in their arenas; the initiative aims it's collective resources at supporting the next generation of girls, women, and femmes in STEAM.

First published in childhood, Erica's work has been featured in everything from magazines, websites, and books to human rights publications. Her words were shared before U.S. law-makers for the first time in 2021.

Behind the scenes, Erica helps minority business owners launch their companies, solidify their brands, and build authentic communities. Truth is impossible when someone else is controlling the narrative, so she helps entrepreneurs harness their voices to speak for themselves and connect to their people.

Erica also proudly serves on the team that produces Kwanzaa Crawl - a charity bar crawl that has channeled millions of dollars into Black-Owned Brooklyn over the last ten years.
